Task description:

• You support the unit manager in reviewing and defining the agile working methods of platform teams
• You will help to build effective management of the product backlog and agile processes
• You will help to create transparency, processes and proactive management of business activities

Anforderungen

Skills:

• More than five years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• Certifications e.g. as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Team Coach (CTC)
• You know collaboration tools like MS Teams, Jira, Miro or Confluence inside out.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent German and English skills

Project description:

• As an internal service provider, we provide our internal customers with numerous digital platforms
• We need a Scrum Master with the right experience to help us review the agile processes of our platform teams and support them in improving the agile way of working
• We need a Scrum Master to organize the business engagement activities by defining the CRM-based process in a engagement backlog

Volume: 120 hrs onsite, 240 hrs remote plus 24 hrs travel-time
