Tasks:
Coordination of the annual regulatory audits and follow-up with those responsible. Be the most important link between the auditors (internal and external) and the person in charge of the company.
Follow the internal teams to ensure that all inquiries are handled correctly and promptly. Define a cross-departmental risk management framework that includes process, financial, compliance, and technology risks. Tasks:
Key player for the technical architecture and implementation of GDPR motivated archiving with SAP ILM in the SAP ERP systems.
Support of the module consultant team in the conceptual work according to specific archiving and ILM objects (modules FI, CO, MM, PM, PM, SD and RE-FX).
Practical work according to SAP ILM and transaction SARA (for approx. 60 archiving and ILM objects).

Service description:
The services will be provided for a project in the area of maintenance and provision at the customer. The project serves to increase the IT security of the IT infrastructure and the standardization of the IT in the customer's plants.

The overall objective of the project is to achieve this:
The IT security that conforms to the guidelines,
Standardization of IT processes and infrastructure that makes sense from a cost-benefit perspective, as well as cross-location professionalization of IT operations in all plants,
The operational relief of plant IT by focusing internal IT resources on strategically important, process-related and plant-specific core tasks.
