OPERATION MANAGER
Königstein looks back on over 30 years of experience in the execution of complex IT projects and benefits from extensive experience in national and international companies. The rapidly advancing digitization and IT modernization present exciting challenges for us as an IT service provider, which we aim to successfully overcome together with you.
Königstein has recently become part of the Circle8Group, one of the largest IT service providers in Europe (12,000 employees in 12 countries with an annual turnover of more than €1.2 billion).
To further expand our existing business in Germany, we are currently seeking an experienced Operation Manager.
What are your tasks?
Coaching, inspiring, engaging, and motivating your employees;
Challenging and empowering your team to act independently;
Being a trusted person for employees and a central point of contact;
Expanding or changing the company structure & collaboration (recruiting, sales, etc.);
Developing new job postings with the aim of filling them promptly;
Conducting applicant interviews;
Developing strategic operational plans for your department in collaboration with the management team;
Setting goals and KPI’s for your department (and ensuring they are met);
Regular reporting to the management;
Coordinating, shaping, and optimizing all business processes;
Generating reports (performance, response time, and successes);
Contract management and implementation of new processes related to it;
Coordinating all contract renewals together with sales.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you are motivated, results-oriented, and quality-focused. You are a connector and have a good commercial sense.
Fluent German language skills in both verbal and written communication (negotiation level);
Good English language skills in both verbal and written communication;
Extensive management experience;
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
Knowledge in the areas of IT, business consulting / IT staffing.
Desirable
A completed university degree in economics or comparable qualifications;
You have excellent communication and presentation skills;
You are an absolute team player and motivator;
Analytical and strategic thinking are your strengths;
Extensive experience in the field of operation management (minimum 5 years, also minimum of 10 years of professional experience).
Soft Skills
You communicate easily and directly at all levels within the company and excel in stakeholder management;
You are a team player and have a positive attitude.
